Questions

How do I know it's the camera?

Several driver-assist warnings appearing together, plus code U3000-49 on a scan, points at the camera. The same code can also be set by low battery voltage or a poor power or ground connection, so check the battery and the camera's connector first.

What happens while my camera is out?

The driver-assist features are already switched off by the fault, and they stay off until the camera is back in. You get tracking in both directions and a status page, so you always know where your camera is.

Can my glass shop or mechanic help?

Yes. Any glass or repair shop can remove the camera and reinstall it afterwards. If you don't have one, tick the box on the order form and we'll help you find one near you.

What if it can't be repaired?

You get a full refund and we ship your camera back at no charge.

Why not just buy a used camera?

A used camera off eBay often sells for $500 or more, and it's the same age as yours, untested, and sold as-is. We repair the camera already matched to your car.
