Shipping and refunds

Shipping

The price includes shipping both ways. As soon as your payment goes through we email a prepaid USPS label for sending your camera to us, and we pay for tracked shipping back to you when the work is done.

Every order has a status page and you get an email at each step: label sent, camera on its way, received, repaired and tested, shipped back, delivered.

If your camera can't be repaired

We test every camera when it arrives. If yours can't be repaired, we refund your payment in full and ship the camera back at no charge.
